Local Vendor Spotlight: Lowe Designs

We are delighted to announce the addition of Lowe Designs to Thee Amish Market! Brad and Sandra Lowe are lifelong residents of Trumansburg and create spectacular handcrafted items in their village home. Brad has been making pottery with unique glazes for over 12 years and focuses on items that are as functional as they are beautiful, including ringholders, mugs and bowls, and stove/microwave safe serving and cookware.

Sandra strives to create semi-precious jewelry that you won't find at any "big box" store. Her pieces are sure to strike up a great conversation anywhere. You can find Lowe Designs at local craft fairs most weekends or online at www.LoweDesignsOnline.com.

Local Vendor Spotlight: Julia Morehouse-Ferris

We'd like to welcome Ancient Whisperings, a collection of locally-crafted pieces from lifelong Tompkins County resident Julia Morehouse-Ferris! Her work includes beautiful oak planter boxes, trivets, ornaments, magnets and greeting cards at very reasonable prices.

Julia uses a unique process to manipulate her photographs of local plants and landscapes, and then applies them to create one-of-a-kind gifts. The trivets multi-task as hot plates or as hangable wall art. The greeting cards are made of 100% cotton, acid-free card stock and are suitable for framing.

During the day, Julia serves her community as a dispatcher for 911. We are delighted to offer Julia's artwork here at Thee Amish Market Ithaca!

We'd like to welcome Mark Watson to Thee Amish Market! Mark is a local craftsman from Spencer, NY who makes incredible chainsaw carvings, the pictures really don't do justice.
