Eco-Friendly Furniture Treatment

Nature's Choice Wood: The Heat Treatment process in brief

Nature's Choice wood is an industrial scale heat-treatment process for wood that was developed in Finland and has been used extensively in Europe since the mid- 1990’s. Using specially designed kilns, with Stellac Technology, the wood is heated at high temperatures to decompose the food sources naturally found in wood and remove much of the moisture needed for fungi and micro-organisms to grow. The results are a uniform coloration throughout the wood, which lasts longer and performs better.

Stop by our shop at Hanshaw Road in Ithaca to see our selection of Nature's Choice outdoor furniture!

Octagon Table as Super-Hero?

Super cool octagon tables feature a Batman-esque (maybe Transformer-esque) function invisible to the eye...they are three separate pieces! In the past it took a varsity football team to move one of these, and they were nearly impossible to store! But now the top comes off and the benches separate making it as easy as 1-2-3 to put this great table in your new shed for the winter. All the wood is top quality pressure treated pine. Come get one today while they last!

Regular price: $425
